Good-sized and well furnished room with beautiful near panoramic views and good facilities, for example. Favourable and perfect location right in the town centre, easy to get anywhere.

Location of hotel was marvellous and unbeatable and the shuttle to airport was a big plus. Moreover, the area was nice enough. I truly enjoyed that the room was quiet with beautiful near panoramic views of the area❤👍

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just a short walk from the pier, which was really convenient.

The room had a slight odor due to the carpet. The furniture in the room was worn and showed signs of age.

I had a great stay during my city trip! The complementary drinks and snacks in my room were a nice touch, and the location was perfect, just a quick stroll to the beach and plenty of nearby restaurants. The room itself was spacious and spotless, with a beautiful view of the ocean from the window.

The gym and pool area were a bit disappointing. Though I was able to use the facilities, they were quite overcrowded and uncomfortable.

Nothing to fault.

The hotel's location in the city center was a major plus for me. It made it so convenient to explore the city and have everything close by. The views from my room were also amazing, with a stunning bay view and mountains in the background. Lastly, I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The quality of the food was great and there were plenty of options to choose from.

The air conditioning in my room had some issues, as did the TV. It felt like the hotel could benefit from some renovations to update the facilities.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Izmir for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly patient and helpful, even when we arrived late at 1 am. The housekeeping staff were also great - despite having all my belongings out in the open, nothing got lost. I was pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to an executive room, and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. I can't forget to mention the hotel restaurant, where we had a delicious and enjoyable dinner. Lastly, I was extremely impressed when the hotel expediently shipped our forgotten belongings to our next destination in Turkey. it was a perfect stay and I would rate it 10 out of 10. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Our stay at this luxury 5-star hotel was exceptional. the indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi provided exclusive amenities that left us feeling rejuvenated. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a variety of delicious and high-quality meals and drinks. the exclusive private facilities in our room provided a luxurious touch that truly made us feel pampered. the location of the hotel was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the limited outdoor swimming pool access. However, given the many other exclusive amenities that were available, this did not in any way detract from our overall experience at this luxury hotel.
